A:Mars Petcare introduced BETTER CITIES FOR PETS™ in 2017. The program is designed to help communities become warm and welcoming for people and pets. The PETS WORK AT WORK™ Toolkit houses the information needed to help companies across America make the transition to a pet-friendly workplace by offering guidance on pet policies, a sample participant pledge and communications plan, legal and facility considerations, and tips to get company leadership approval for going pet-friendly.
